   Early in this decade karaoke got to be a big deal in clubs all over. Maybe it got big before that but I was not aware of it. Anyway, my friend Leonard Peterson bought a collection of karaoke songs and I copied them and bought some myself. These were of good quality and I thought well, I could do an album with these. Point being, here is the album and I called it, American Classic Country after a show I did on the local radio for several years.

   I do an introduction with each song and give a little history about the original artist who made the song famous. My wife says I should separate the songs from the introductions and, maybe someday I will do that. But for now here is the album. There are a couple of songs I had tracks on done here in my studio but for the most part these are karaoke cuts. Somehow I left the first one out but I will give the title anyway.
